PSB7 - More than "Just About Managing" - Stepping Up to Project Leadership

A session providing insight and a cogent framework to help you lead and manage research projects.

About the session

As researchers, much of our practice centres around delivering projects. Already in your career you will have had to organize, analyze and present an enormous amount of information. You’ll already have set goals and reviewed progress - and probably worked with others to encourage them to do the same. However, for many researchers and research leaders, these actions are not often contained within a cogent framework.

This focused webinar will give some tips and tricks of what actually work when it comes to leading and managing successful research projects.
