Easter Family Activities
Ness is celebrating Easter with seasonal themed activities for you to enjoy with your children or grandchildren.
Join us to enjoy delicious Easter biscuit decorating and afternoon tea, where children can get creative with their own biscuit design and enjoy a delightful children’s afternoon tea. Easter biscuit decorating sessions are running on Good Friday, 29 March and Easter Saturday, 30 March. There will be two sessions per day, each child will get three biscuits to decorate with a range of decorations to choose from. Biscuit decorating is from 10.45 or 11am with afternoon tea being served at 11.30am and there will be more biscuit decorating from 2.15 or 2.30pm with afternoon tea being served at 3.00pm.
Children’s afternoon tea will include:
- Selection of finger sandwiches
- Crisps
- Vegetable crudités
- Easter cupcakes
- Orange and blackcurrant cordial
We are also running Spring inspired family craft activities - painting a flower-inspired piece of art. There will also be finger painting for toddlers. Places must be booked in advance as there are only a limited number available per session. A ticket will admit one family of up to three children and two adults for the family activities. You will be needed to arrive 15 minutes before the start of your session to make sure you check-in and make your way down to the Coach House.
There will be sessions running on the following days:

- Wednesday, 10 April
From Saturday 23 March to Sunday 21 April, you can also explore the gardens with our Colours of Spring family trail which is part part of your garden admission. The trail take approximately 40 minutes to complete.
