The Historic and Botanic Garden Trainee Programmes (HBGTP) offer an unrivalled opportunity for passionate and committed horticulturists to gain practical experience within an historic or botanic garden. As an HBGTP trainee you will earn a full time salary, and receive on-site training and mentoring. On completion of the HBGTP placement, you will leave with a broad portfolio of practical experience, as well as an HBGTP Certificate of Completion.
