Computational Biology Data Scientist - Grade 7

We are currently looking for a Computational Biology Data Scientist to join our team at the Computational Biology Facility. This will be a role where the successful candidate will work with diverse data sets from experimental biology and clinical research and as such we are looking for a creative problem solver with impressive statistical analysis and coding skills.
The role requires:
- a PhD (or equivalent experience) in bioinformatics, computational biology, systems biology, or a related field
- strong experience using statistics and computational methods with complex datasets
- curiosity, creativity and a real desire to contribute to high-impact research
The role is full time, 2 years fixed term (initially), and hybrid working is available (at least 2 days on campus). Click the link above for more.
