Reskill supports individuals looking to transition into data science or return to work after a career break. Our BioDataBridge mentorship scheme focuses on career planning, goal setting, and change management, with particular support for individuals from underrepresented backgrounds.

Participants will receive access to training, mentoring, and networking opportunities. We'll also offer a small bursary available for each mentee, to be used to support skill development aligned with your career goals.

For mentors, this scheme offers a valuable opportunity to support others, develop your leadership skills, and enhance your CV.
