Project: Maximising the solar potential for urban planning
    External: Northwestern Polytechnical University

This project focuses on maximising the solar potential for urban planning in the Shaanxi Province of China. This is funded by the Shaanxi Province Scientific Department. The total grant is 80,000 RMB and the project runs from Jan 2020
to Dec 2021 My role is to provide and analyse climate change data on solar radiation for the region as well as some part of the computer
    modelling

Project: The design and development of urban areas of plateau areas in western China based on solar accessibility evaluation
    External: Northwestern Polytechnical University

This is a project for the Chinese Natural Science Foundation with the Northwestern Polytechnical University in Xi'An, China, where I am the overseas
Co-I. The project involves maximising the potential of solar access to the urban areas in western China to minimise energy consumption in buildings in the region. The total grant for the project is 590,000 RMB, and the project will run from Jan 2021 to Dec 2024.
