Personal Statement

I am a Doctoral Academic Teacher that joined the University of Liverpool in September 2022. My PhD project explores the impact that a delayed diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder has on the mental health and quality of life of autistic adults. My research interests are mainly Autism Spectrum Disorder (masking, special interest, diagnosis and mental health), mental health and, more broadly, cognitive and developmental psychology.
