Postdoctoral researchers and early career researchers (ECRs) from across the School of Physical Sciences are invited to take part in the 2025 PDRA & Research Fellows Half Away Day on Tuesday 29 October.
The event aims to connect colleagues across departments, showcase the variety of roles and activities within the School, and provide valuable information and support to help shape future careers.
The day will be divided into two main sessions:
- What you need to know about the School – practical and logistical information about how the School operates.
- What the School can do for you – highlighting the support available to help PDRAs and ECRs with career development, cross-disciplinary activities, and future opportunities.
Alongside the sessions, there will be a coffee break and a pizza lunch – perfect chances to meet peers, share experiences, and build connections.
