Personal Statement

Joanne Lyubovnikova is a Reader in Organisational Behaviour, Director of Studies for the MSc Occupational and Organisational Psychology, and a Registered Occupational Psychologist (HCPC). Prior to joining the University of Liverpool Management School, she held a lectureship and research fellowship at Aston Business School.

Joanne's research focuses on five interrelated areas; team composition and processes; moral-based leadership; innovation and creativity; multiple team membership; and teamwork in the context of healthcare. Joanne's research has been published in leading peer-reviewed outlets including Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, and Journal of Business Ethics. She is currently an Associate Editor for the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology
