The competition is open to all staff and both undergraduate and postgraduate students across the University and this year’s theme was ‘Looking forward, looking back’.
Author Patrick Gale will be presenting the prizes on the day and the winning stories will be published in the University’s The Great Read anthology alongside short stories by James Joyce, J.G. Ballard, Helen Dunmore and Helen Oyeyemi.
