Head of the School of Biomedical Sciences, 2004-2009. Associate Pro-vice Chancellor for Research, Faculty of Health and Life Science 2010-2015. Executive Pro-Vice-Chancellor for The Faculty of Health and Life Sciences 2015-2017. Currently Emeritus Honorary Professor and Non Executive Director at Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital.
