Research Overview

With a strong foundation in fisheries management and marine conservation, my experience extends to various aspects of environmental management. I have led impactful fish conservation and research initiatives, while also driving the standardisation of data collection methods across Western Indian Ocean nations. Notably, my work has provided useful information for the fisheries policies in Eastern African countries, reflecting my dedication to both research and policy development.
