Summary
I am a strong believer that "blue skies researchers" such as myself need to engage with the public in order to educate, enthuse and inspire regarding the fundamental discoveries being made.
My efforts here include:
- Leading a stand "Magnetic to the Core" at The Royal Society Summer Science Exhibition 2019 SSE2019
- Writing many public outreach articles about my research and encouraging my group to do similar My profile on www.TheConversation.com
- Delivering lectures to school teachers and the general public
- Undertaking interviews for BBC radio and many other news outlets Ancient recording of Earth core's birth
