Zilong Wan

PhD student

Zilong obtained his bachelor’s degree from Jinan University in 2022 under the supervision of Professor Mei Tu. During this period, he gradually developed a strong interest in the intersection of artificial intelligence and materials science/chemistry. In 2025, he completed his master’s degree at the University of Science and Technology of China under the supervision of Professor Zhao-Yan Sun. He joined Cooper’s group as a PhD student in October 2025 and will continue to dedicate himself to accelerating materials science/chemistry research using artificial intelligence.
