To kick off Sustainability Week, explore Liverpool with a walk in Formby Woods Nature Reserve. The reserve boasts both forests and beaches, and if you're lucky, you may catch a glimpse of rare red squirrels! Please bring food and water with you, as there is nowhere to purchase them at the reserve and wear good footwear.
We will meet at University Square at 11am, walk down to Liverpool Central station, and catch the train to Formby. From Formby station, we will walk to the reserve. We will then meet back up around 3pm, and head back to Formby station to catch the train back to campus.
