Teaching
My teaching interests span a broad range of topics in plant biology. I am particularly interested in teaching photosynthesis, plant biochemistry and physiology and the plant circadian clock. I also enjoy teaching basic botany, plant developmental biology, plant molecular biology, plant ecology and ecophysiology. I also have interests in plant molecular taxonomy, the phylogeny of angiosperms and the symbiotic relationships between plants and micro-organisms, especially the beneficial mycorrhizal associations formed between plant roots and specific soil fungi.
