Once you’re a student on campus, you can complete a bespoke 40-hour virtual internship delivered with Accenture or a two-week, in-person entrepreneurial bootcamp. Plus, you'll have access the support of our Careers and Employability Team throughout your studies.

Access bespoke, interactive content designed to boost your employability during your master's, and make the most of what's on offer at Liverpool. Completing these activities will help you get ahead and support you to:

  • Identify the skills employers are looking for and opportunities to develop them
  • Reflect on your values, motivations and career aims, and outline an action plan to help you meet your goals
  • Prepare effectively to meet employers and build your professional network.

Springpod’s online careers suite

When you start your registration and activate your IT account at Liverpool, you’ll receive a code to access Springpod’s online tools, resources and 5-10 hour career modules that bring roles and industries to life. 

Once you complete your modules, you’ll receive an employer-branded certificate that you can add to your CV or share on LinkedIn, so your skills are visible to employers.

In addition, you’ll still have access to all the other support that our award-winning Careers and Employability Team provide, including our vacancy platform, Career Coaches, careers fairs and digital career tools.

40-hour virtual internship

Build your AI consulting skills, tackle real business challenges and grow your professional network. Developed with leading global and UK employers, the virtual internship enables you to:

  • Gain hands-on experience solving real business challenges using AI prompting and automation
  • Develop practical AI skills with guidance from Accenture consultants
  • Work on a genuine business project to design innovate solutions for employers such as JLR and Kyndryl
  • Strengthen your communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Attend an exclusive networking event and earn a certificate to showcase your experience and connect with employers.

Two-week, in-person entrepreneurial bootcamp

Over two immersive weeks, you’ll go on a complete entrepreneurial journey. Whether you dream of launching your own company or standing out in your career, the bootcamp will equip you with the mindset, skills, and confidence to make it happen. You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with peers, develop a minimum viable product, and refine your venture with guidance from experienced business mentors

  • Deliver a pitch to a panel of industry experts to showcase your start-up potential on a global stage.
