Before you apply
This page outlines the supplementary information that you are required to provide before your application for a master's can be considered complete.
If you have a pre-application query, please refer to our virtual advisor, Ask Liverpool, where you can find answers to our most commonly asked questions, use the live chat facility, or contact our Enquiries Team.
Supporting documentation
In addition to the information required on the application form, you will need to attach copies of the following documents to your application (whether online or offline):
- School or college transcripts/certificates (international applicants only)
- University transcripts
- Degree certificates
- English language certificates (international applicants only)
- Personal statement
- Official, authenticated translations of these documents if they are not in English.
If you do not submit the required supporting documents, the Admissions Team will be unable to make a decision on your application.
Original or certified academic transcripts
International students who register at the University are required to provide original academic documents (academic transcript, degree certificate and evidence of English) which verify their successfully completed qualifications.
We are directed by the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) to request this evidence. Your original academic documents should be presented when you register at the University and further information about this will be provided before you arrive in Liverpool.
