Research
I am interested in researching the characteristics of sexual offenders and users of child sexual exploitation material. I am currently involved in research aimed at identifying the cognitive and affective factors involved in contact versus online sexual offending. I am also particularly interested in empathy research; for example, I am interested in how people convicted of sexual offences differ in their ability to empathise with others.
