Teaching
I have expertise in the gamification of research knowledge into educational toolkits. I have led on the development of an educational board game, the world's first available board game about dementia inequalities - The Dementia Inequalities Game - which is being used in UGR and PGR teaching at this University and across over 10 other Universities in the UK. Playing the game significantly improves knowledge about dementia and inequalities. The game is also used across care homes to educate the social care workforce about dementia.
I am currently supervising various PhD, MSc, and DClin students, and am happy to discuss supervision enquiries.
