Ledbury Poetry Critics

Ledbury Poetry Critics is a mentorship programme that has significantly increased the visibility of poets and critics of colour.

Poets in Vogue

This exhibition explores the relationship between women poets, fashion, and self-image by showcasing artistic interpretations of their clothing alongside their poetry, challenging stereotypes and celebrating the complex role of dress in their creative expression.

British Poetry and Class

British Poetry and Class is a discursive project, designed to broaden the conversations taking place surrounding class within British poetry.

Past Activities

Through a variety of cultural engagement activities, such as creative writing workshops, public readings with international poets, literary walks and exhibitions, the Centre introduces new audiences to the field of literary studies and raises awareness around current social, cultural and political issues.
