Dr Chris Huntley PhD, MRes, BSc, FHEA

Personal Statement

Chris is a lecturer in School of Medicine at the University of Liverpool. He has a background in psychology and prior to his current role worked as an Assistant Clinical Psychologist at Royal Manchester Children's Hospital. Chris is the academic lead for MBChB (medicine) Year 1 Communication for Clinical Practice 'modules'. He also the Year 1 Assessment Lead for the School of Medicine. In addition to his teaching commitments, Chris is research-active, with interests in student mental health, learning and academic performance, and clinical communication.
