Dr Miriam Guenther is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Marketing at the University of Liverpool’s Management School (ULMS). Before joining ULMS, Miriam worked at the University of Melbourne, Australia, where she had obtained an early career academic fellowship after the completion of her PhD in Marketing (also from the University of Melbourne).
Miriam's research focuses on the role of marketing assets such as brand equity for firm performance, as well as the management and reporting of these assets. She also has an ongoing interest in applying a social network perspective to marketing, and here she is particularly interested in the role of social networks for service employees’ performance. Miriam's work has been published or is forthcoming in International Journal of Research in Marketing (ABS 4), Industrial Marketing Management (ABS 3) and European Journal of Marketing (ABS 3).
