About
I'm a postdoctoral scientist with a background in clinical laboratory sciences and infection biology. I have previously worked as a healthcare scientist in the UK's National Health Service but have since joined the University of Liverpool's Institute of Infection, Veterinary and Ecological Sciences. My research interests include vaccine development, molecular diagnostic assay development and characterisation of host-pathogen interactions. I hold a doctorate in immunology & molecular microbiology and a master's degree in immunology, both from the University of Liverpool.
