Veterinary surveillance networks

Our veterinary surveillance networks capture electronic health data and diagnostic test results across the equine, farm and companion animal sectors.

We collect data from two primary sources: veterinary electronic health records from veterinary practices and results from veterinary diagnostic laboratories. Our expert investigators analyse this information to improve animal health and welfare, monitor disease trends, detect emerging diseases, identify at-risk populations, and develop high-quality data resources for research and surveillance.
