Series one: Responding to COVID-19

The COVID-19 pandemic posed an unprecedented public policy challenge, hitting Liverpool City Region at a particularly vulnerable time. The Heseltine Institute mobilised expertise across all three of the University of Liverpool's faculties to support civic leaders, anchor institutions and policymakers.

This series of expert-led policy briefs was created to complement and add value to the work of the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority.
