Policy briefings

The Heseltine Institute’s policy briefings are short, impact-focused papers aimed at addressing topical issues and important policy questions. They aim to contribute creative and innovative thinking about the most significant economic and societal challenges facing policymakers in the UK today.

Since launching in 2020, we have published briefings on a huge range of policy topics, from academics, leaders and practitioners. The briefings are a key part of the Heseltine Institute’s promotion of cutting edge research and practice, and central to our role in fostering collaboration between researchers and policymakers.

For our latest series of briefings, Policy in an Age of Uncertainty, we are seeking contributions which develop understanding of how policymakers can navigate the current political, economic and ecological environment to provide responses to long-term policy challenges.
