1872-1950

A large archive of Winifred's research notes are held by the University Library. Winifred was an ethnographer and anthropologist of Egypt.

1871-1935

Robert was professor of classical archaeology at the University of Liverpool from 1906 to 1920. The University holds some of his collection.

1840-1896

James was a Scottish surgeon and Egyptologist. Some of Grant's objects were gifted to the University collections after his death.
