Fee:
Students will need to pay for their own international flights. We recommend flying from Manchester to Beijing. All other fees, including accommodation, travel within China, meals, and teaching costs, will be covered by XJTU. However, you should ensure to bring ample spending money.

The XJTU summer school includes a comprehensive course on Chinese culture, taught in English and Mandarin. Students will also have the opportunity to attend a range of cultural lectures and events, including Tai Chi, calligraphy and papercutting.
There will be seminars and lectures delivered by experts, scholars, and local students, with plenty of opportunities for sightseeing around Beijing's cultural and historical areas, as well as Xi’an.
