Registration
Course duration and enrollment
Courses are typically structured in 10-week terms. Enrollment is expected to be completed before the commencement of each term.
Registration deadline
Students who join the class late may still do so within the first two weeks; however, they must complete their registration by the end of the last working day within this period. The online registration portal will be closed after this deadline.
Withdrawal and refund policy
Withdrawal before course commencement
A full refund will be granted if a withdrawal request is received in writing at least 10 working days before the course start date.
Withdrawal after course commencement
If a withdrawal request is made within the first two weeks of the course, a refund will be provided. No refunds will be issued for requests made after the first two weeks, except under extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical reasons), which must be supported by appropriate documentation.
Course cancellation by the institute
If the Institute cancels a course due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, enrolled students will be notified promptly and offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.
Transfers
Course Transfers
Students may request to transfer to another course level or schedule within the first two weeks of the term, subject to availability and approval.
Communication
Notification of changes
All withdrawal, refund, or transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Institute's official contact address.
Institute Communications
The primary mode of communication will be email. Students are advised to check their emails regularly for updates or notifications regarding their courses.
Additional Considerations
Class Size
Each class requires a minimum enrollment (e.g., two students) to proceed. If this minimum is not met, the course may be cancelled, and enrolled students will be offered a full refund or alternative arrangements.
Parental Attendance
For children's courses, it is required that parents or guardians remain on-site for the duration of each lesson, in compliance with safeguarding policies.
