What services does the Conference & Events team provide?

We can advise on the best venues within our portfolio to match your event requirements and can offer as much or little support as needed. Our team can provide a full event management service from point of enquiry to delegate bookings, through to logistics during the conference.

Can I book a conference at any time during the year?

We have multiple venues offering availability throughout the year. The Foresight Centre has availability for up to 120 delegates as a main plenary and 17 syndicate spaces – effortlessly combining state of the art technology in a historic setting.

The Victoria Gallery & Museum can accommodate 230 delegates in the unique Leggate Theatre and 150 for a drinks reception or 100 for a dinner in the stunning Grand Entrance Hall.

Over on the Wirral, the peaceful and inspiring Ness Gardens can accommodate up to 100 delegates for a day meeting or dinner.

During Easter and Summer vacations, we have multiple lecture theatres, flexible spaces and seminar rooms available on our city campus to host from 20 to 900 delegates for a meeting or 350 for a dinner.

Can we bring our own catering?

Our in-house caterers provide menus to suit your dietary requirements and budget, from a sandwich lunch for 20 to a Gala Dinner for 300. Outside catering is not permitted at any of our venues.

Do you have any on site accommodation?

We have multiple halls of residence offering contemporary executive single and double en-suite bedrooms – each within a few moments’ walk of our city campus meeting spaces. We do have limited accommodation available year round in one hall of residence, with the remaining accommodation available from June – September each year.

Where can I park?

The University has limited visitor parking Event organisers will be provided with a car parking guide including up to date costs for parking and maps.

All of our meeting and accommodation spaces are within a short walk of Liverpool Lime Street mainline train station.
