Single Cell RNASeq course
The CBF are happy to provide the following materials for our Single Cell RNASeq course for free. This was originally an intensive 3 day course which taught participants to process and interpret single-cell transcriptomic data using R-based tools and common analysis strategies.
The course materials provide a full walkthrough of the analysis from read counts to differentially expressed genes and pathway analysis for biological interpretation.
The sessions include the following;
- Quality Control and data pre-processing
- Data integration
- Cluster analysis
- Cell annotation
- Differential expression analysis
- Functional and pathway enrichment analysis.
The complete course — HTML workbooks, recorded lectures, and bonus materials — is now free to access at your own pace. As a free resource, it doesn't include tutor support and is no longer actively updated; the current version reflects our September 2024 revision.
Requirements
The course was designed for delegates with some experience in R (basics). If you do not have prior knowledge of R, we advise that you first take our instructor-led R for Beginners course.
