Crown Place Student Residential Scheme (2016)

Completed in September 2014, this £51 million city centre scheme is situated in the heart of the University campus.

The scheme includes three multi-storey buildings, rising between seven and eleven stories high, accommodating 1,259 student apartments along with facilities. All three buildings are concrete frame structures with a mixture of brickwork, glass curtain walling and GRC cladding.
