Currently as Director of Studies for the MSc in International Business studies program (PG) I am engaging in a variety of professional activities, some of which include:

Curriculum Development: Designing and updating the program curriculum to ensure it meets current industry standards and academic requirements.
The MSc in IB has been recently updated and there is also the creation of a new programme path called “MSc in International Business with Strategy” with new modules.

Student Advising: Providing guidance to students regarding academic progress and career opportunities.
Every year guidance and advise to hundreds of students is being given meticulously.

Quality Assurance: Assess the effectiveness of the program and making improvements based on student feedback and outcomes.

Faculty Management: Supervising new faculty members, ensuring they align with the program's educational goals.
Over the previous years in this role I have supervised several new faculty members, providing advice and suggestions to align with the programme’s educational goals.

Industry Collaboration: Building relationships with businesses and organizations for internships, guest lectures, and collaborative projects.
The North West region in the UK is growing fast and it is a first-class opportunity for the school to enable further with additional industry relationships who in several cases goes beyond the regional boundaries.

Research Initiatives: Working to produce research papers and participating in conferences.

Networking and Representation: Participating in several workshops, and networking events to enhance programme’s visibility and reputation.

Accreditation Processes: Ensuring the program meets the standards for national or international accreditation bodies.
Our management school has the triple “golden” crown accreditation standards (from AMBA, AACSB and EQUIS) for excellence in teaching and research, and, together with the rest of the team we continue to keep the programme in these standards.

Administrative Duties: Handling budgets, resource allocation, and program administration to ensure smooth operations.
Event Organization: Coordinating seminars, workshops, and networking events for students and alumni.

These activities are aimed at enhancing the academic experience and ensuring the program remains competitive and relevant in the field of international business.
