Geometric Data Science and justifiable AI

Geometric Data Science & Topological data analysis in crystallography, materials chemistry, and structural biology, Data Science Theory and Applications, robust evaluations of AI.
My recent achievements include unambiguous definition of a periodic crystal structure (IUCRJ 2024), justified by a complete invariant with a continuous metric (Pattern Recognition 2026), and a complete and bi-continuous invariant of protein backbones (MATCH 2025, Acta Cryst D). Those approaches allowed quick detection of thousands of duplicates in the Google's GNoME dataset and Protein Data Bank.

Dynamical systems and dynamic modelling

Estimating unmet need due to undiagnosed / late diagnosed conditions of non-communicable diseases. Invariant manifolds in dynamical systems (PhD thesis).
