About

Research interests.
I'm a data scientist developing Geometric Data Science: an emerging area with applications to crystallography, structural biology, mathematical modelling and robust evaluations of AI.
My recent achievements include unambiguous definition of a periodic crystal structure (IUCRJ 2024), justified by a complete invariant with a continuous metric (Pattern Recognition 2026), and a complete and bi-continuous invariant of protein backbones (MATCH 2025, Acta Cryst D). Those approaches allowed quick detection of thousands of duplicates in the Google's GNoME dataset and Protein Data Bank.
My other research interests include:
AI and Machine Learning applications in Medicine and Healthcare
Classical and Bayesian Statistics and Data Analysis
Mathematical Modelling
Dynamical Systems, where I published foundational results on invariant manifolds in dynamical systems.
