Targeting an Achilles’ heel of cancer: Deubiquitylases as novel targets for centrosome de-clustering and cancer-cell specific cell death

A set of screens for DUBs required for centrosome clustering in breast cancer cells

Cell cycle regulation and substrate-specificity for isoforms of the deubiquitylase USP15

A screen for DUBs effecting genome stability, which has identified USP15 as being required for correct chromosome segregation at anaphase, Topoisomerase II expression at key points in the cell cycle and therefore for maintaining genome integrity.

Screen for DUBs effecting the tumour repressive and oncogenic (respectively) splicing factors RBM4 and SRSF1.
