About
After completing my PhD in membrane trafficking with Gwyn Gould at The University of Glasgow, UK, I moved to the British Columbia Cancer Research Centre in Vancouver, Canada. Here I studied cancer cell division in Shoukat Dedhar’s lab, with some very successful projects in the field of centrosome clustering.
I then returned to the UK and The University of Liverpool where I worked firstly with Dr Stephen Royle and currently with Professor Judy Coulson. Our current major interests lie in screening the cancer relevant family of enzymes, the deubiquitylases (DUBs), for their involvement in cancer associated phenotypes.
