My teaching approach can be summarised as follows:
USE OF TECHNOLOGY-ENHANCED LEARNING
Utilised several gamification techniques to enhance the student learning experience by developing digital and interactive learning materials and games. Students highlighted how engaging the sessions were in their feedback and the technologies were also submitted as supporting evidence for the EQUIS accreditation of the University of Liverpool – which was successfully reaccredited for five more years.

INNOVATIVE TEACHING METHODS AND ACTIVE LEARNING EXPERIENCES
Modules developed follow an active learning approach, where students are engaged through different methods in addition to listening to lectures such as reading extra materials, analysing cases, discussing their findings and solving in-class problems in a very interactive and engaging environment. Designed modules also follow a case-based learning (CBL) approach, where theoretical concepts are always complemented by case studies that students are asked to engage with to try and provide thoughtful solutions. This student-centred pedagogy helps promote a higher level of cognition and provides an ongoing practical dimension to the learning materials.

INNOVATIVE ASSESSMENT METHODS
Assignments and exams are designed to follow an authentic assessment approach by giving the students the opportunity to engage with a real/practical issue and solve it using a role-play consultancy approach. Students are usually required to critically analyse a real strategic problem for a client company or organisation of their choosing and then propose a novel solution for them, explaining how their module learning outcomes can be of help in that regard using state-of-the-art frameworks and technologies.
