Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

Through our Veterinary Postgraduate Unit (VPU), we offer a variety of CPD opportunities designed to support the needs of equine practitioners at all career stages. These include in person and online programmes enabling veterinary surgeons from across the globe to benefit from our clinical and educational expertise.

Our CPD programmes cover a wide range of clinical topics, from new graduate to advanced practitioner level training in medical case management, diagnostics, dentistry, surgery, anaesthesia and critical care delivered by veterinary experts in each field.

These include: 

  • Hands-on workshops: Practical, skills-based workshops on topics such as surgery, dentistry, and diagnostic imaging
  • Seminars and mini-modules: Stay updated on the latest equine veterinary advancements across a range of disciplines led by our experts. A great option for busy veterinary surgeons including CertAVP holders as part of RCVS CPD requirements
  • Online CPD: Access flexible learning options through our online courses for remote CPD.
