Non-emergency appointments

We operate an appointment-only service for routine appointments between:

• 8am-6pm Monday to Friday.

Equine emergencies

Emergency cover is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you require emergency assistance, please call +44 ( 0)151 794 6199. 

Our veterinary team are available for advice and for emergency visits as required. Outside normal office hours (nights, weekends, and bank holidays), please call +44 ( 0)151 794 6199 and our emergency answering service will take some initial details enabling the on-call veterinary surgeon to call you back with advice and to organise an emergency visit where required.

All out-of-hours visits are subject to an out-of-hours visit fee, which varies with the time of day or night.
