Non-emergency appointments

We operate an appointment-only service for routine appointments between:

  • 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

To book an appointment please call the reception team on 0151 704 6199 or email the practice at equinepr@liverpool.ac.uk. 

Equine emergencies

Emergency cover is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you require assistance please call 0151 794 6199. 

Our veterinary team is available for advice and for emergency visits as required. Outside normal office hours (nights, weekends and bank holidays), please call 0151 794 6199 and our emergency answering service will take some initial details, enabling the on-call vet to call you back with advice and to organise an emergency visit where required.

All out-of-hours visits are subject to an out-of-hours visit fee, which varies with the time of day or night.
