How you're assessed
Modules are assessed through a combination of examinations and coursework.
Depending on the modules taken, you may encounter project work, presentations (individual or group), and specific tests or tasks focused on solidifying learning outcomes.
In the final year, students undertake a substantial research project equivalent to a major scientific investigation. This project requires students to plan and conduct independent research, engage critically with the scientific literature and communicate their findings through a dissertation and presentation.
