Summer schools at XJTLU offer opportunities to enrich your studies with short term international study experiences.

Chinese Language Summer School

Open to both beginners and those who have studied Chinese language before, you'll be based at our Suzhou campus for this four week programme. This course aims to improve your Chinese language speaking and listening skills in classroom and real-life settings.

Doing Business in China Summer School

This two week programme gives students a unique insight into the dynamic business culture of China. Based at our Suzhou campus, you'll pack a lot into your stay, including:

• Attending lectures on China's history, economy, business climate, technological developments and social structure
• Introductory Chinese language classes
• Calligraphy class
• Visits to major cities Suzhou and Shanghai
• Visits to businesses
• A group project where you'll develop and present a business plan.

Immersive Technopreneurship Summer School

Choose either a two or four week course option hosted at XJTLU Entrepreneur College (Taicang campus). Topics you'll study include:

• Problem solving
• Creative ideation
• User research
• Digital prototyping
• Branding
• Physical prototyping
• Start-up culture
• Pitching.
