Cozy Reading: Literature for Wellbeing
The benefits of reading for well-being are widely acknowledged, but creating the time and space for it can be a challenge. These sessions, as part of Feel Good February, offer a chance to slow down and enjoy short stories together in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere.
You can choose to join in the reading or simply listen and enjoy. Over 45 minutes, we’ll explore engaging short stories, with tea and biscuits provided during the session. If you have time, stay afterward for a friendly chat.
No preparation or prior experience is needed—just come as you are, turn off your phone and enjoy a moment of calm.
