As an educational developer, Kate’s work centres around curriculum enhancement, with an increasing focus on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in the curriculum. She supports processes such as Periodic Review, new module/programme development, and TESTA, both via active involvement in existing processes and through developmental work on the curriculum processes themselves.
