Charlotte Ford is Lead Career Consultant in Careers & Employability. Her responsibilities include leading a team of careers professionals with the aim of embedding employability across the Faculty of Science & Engineering. She believes that taking employability directly to the students through embedded activity and assessment in curricula solves the accessibility challenge that many students face. Charlotte is also involved in the Unlock your Potential (UP) inclusion offer within Careers & Employability, which aims to develop career management skills to specific student groups to level the playing field as they plan for their future employment.

Dominique Mansley is an Employability Officer for the Faculty of Science and Engineering. She supports the development and implementation of employability activities across the faculty. She is committed to promoting equal opportunities and encouraging all students to realise their potential. Dominique is enthusiastic about using tech to create gamified learning opportunities and shaping curriculum design to promote Education for Sustainable Development initiatives.
