Liverpool Plus
Liverpool Plus is a project for widening participation students, supporting positive transitions and solid foundations as you start your journey at the University of Liverpool.
Being part of Liverpool Plus allows you to find your community at the University of Liverpool, meeting other students and building and strengthening relationships with different teams across the University who are key to your success. It'll help you make the most out of your University experience, by supporting you to explore the skills and learning enhancement opportunities that Liverpool has to offer - from careers and employability activities to global opportunities experiences.
As a Liverpool Plus student, you'll have access to drop in support, regular communication of opportunities and important information through a WhatsApp Community, and dedicated points of contact within the Widening Participation team, who can signpost you in the right direction whatever your question.
Liverpool Plus activities have included:
- Transition Webinars, running between A Level Results Day and Welcome Week at the University of Liverpool, to help you get prepared for joining #TeamLivUni
- 'Discover', an exclusive early Welcome event for Liverpool Plus students, taking place just before the official start of Welcome Week
- Global Opportunities workshops, highlighting study abroad opportunities and funding for widening participation students, ahead of the University-wide 'GO Week'
- Social activities, including wellbeing activities.
