I’m a 23-year-old Personal Trainer specialising in hypertrophy, fat loss optimisation, and long-term physique development. I started training in 2019, initially focused on building muscle and improving my confidence. As I progressed, my understanding of training deepened—particularly after navigating multiple injuries between 2024–2025, which left my progress largely stagnant for around two years and forced me to take a more calculated and structured approach to programming, recovery, and exercise execution.
That period played a key role in shaping how I coach today, with a strong emphasis on training intelligently, managing fatigue, and progressing safely without compromising results.
My coaching style is highly personalised, centred around helping clients build muscle, improve body composition, and achieve a strong, aesthetic physique. Alongside this, I prioritise longevity, injury prevention, and sustainable progress to ensure results last beyond short-term phases.
Outside of the university gym, I've offered structured and tailored plans since mid 2023.
I take pride in understanding each client’s individual experience with fitness, helping them build confidence in their training while developing the knowledge to progress independently. Whether your goal is muscle gain, fat loss, or simply feeling more comfortable in the gym, my aim is to deliver both results and long-term understanding.
Personal training doesn’t need to be a long-term commitment. I offer one-off sessions for form checks, technique refinement, or general guidance—ideal for anyone looking to improve specific aspects of their training without ongoing coaching.
