At the University of Liverpool Small Animal Teaching Hospital, our highly experienced clinical team is committed to supporting the ongoing development of veterinary professionals. We work closely with the University of Liverpool's renowned Veterinary Postgraduate Unit (VPU) to deliver a wide range of high-quality CPD opportunities for vets and veterinary nurses.

Our CPD programme includes full-day courses and interactive evening sessions, designed to combine practical learning with the latest evidence-based knowledge from our specialist-led services. These sessions are delivered in our modern training facilities on the Leahurst Campus, Wirral - providing an engaging environment for hands-on learning, discussions and networking.

We are also proud to have recently launched Clinical Club, a monthly evening CPD series featuring talks from members of our veterinary team across a variety of disciplines. Clinical Club offers an accessible way for our referring vets and nurses to stay up to date with current clinical approaches while engaging directly with our team.
